Valencia - Onsite Work 

Wayco is Valencia's leading coworking space operator, with 11 years of experience managing three locations where nearly 600 professionals work in a multicultural and international environment.

To strengthen our team at Wayco Abastos, we are seeking someone to serve as the main support for our current Office Manager, assisting with the daily operations of the space.

We are looking for a proactive, open-minded, customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our clients and guide visitors through their experience.
  • Clearly explain the benefits, availability, and pricing of our services and products.
  • Provide day-to-day support to our members, building strong relationships to foster a sense of community.
  • Handle maintenance issues by coordinating with suppliers and service providers.
  • Greet and assist delivery services and external vendors.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as managing orders, invoices, and payments, among others.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Background in administrative tasks.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Sales-oriented mindset.
